Shipping and ReturnsShipping Shipping charges are based on the total amount of your purchase within the continental United States. You will receive an email confirmation verifying that your order has been shipped. We need a street address to ship. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box's. See the tables below for Standard, UPS charges.
Orders will be shipped within 72 business hours and received within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery times are estimates; some items may take longer for delivery. Returns If you are ever less than completely satisfied with a product purchased on this website, www.armetale.com, you may return it for a replacement (if the item is still available) or a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Wilton Armetale will pay return shipping costs for any product that is defective in any way, is a duplicate of a product already ordered and received, or is not the product that was ordered. Simply call Customer Service at 1-800-779-4586, 8:00am - 5pm ET Monday - Friday for a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered. Where do I return a product? If you purchased a product from a retail store, please contact the store where you made the purchase. If you purchased a product from this website, www.armetale.com, please contact Wilton Armetale Customer Service at 1-800-779-4586, 8:00am - 5pm ET Monday - Friday for a return authorization. You will then be instructed where and how to send your return. When returning the product, we suggest you obtain a receipt for your own records, in the event the product fails to reach us. Please write your full name, address, and replacement/refund preference, and return authorization number on a piece of paper and include it with your shipment.
