Shrimp & Bean Sprout Salad

Wonderful salad or side dish for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Julienned Fresh Cucumbers
  • 1 Cup Julienned Carrots
  • 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 2 Tbsp Coarsely Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Ginger Minced or Grated
  • 1 Cup Diced Cooked Shrimp
  • 1/2 Tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt (Adjust to Taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp Chili Oil (Optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

Directions

  • 1. Add all in gredients in large bowl and mix well.
  • 2. Transfer the salad to a chilled Armetale bowl.
  • 3. Put the bowl in the refrigerator and serve when chilled.
  • 4. Enjoy the salad that will stay cold for all your guests!
