Fresh Mango Salsa

Great salsa to serve with your favorite corn chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Diced Mango Pulp (About one medium size mango)
  • 11/2 Cup Diced Roma or Vine Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Minced Red Onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp Minced Cilantro
  • 1/2 Jalapeno Pepper Seeded & Minced
  • 1/2 Tsp Minced or Grated Ginger
  • Juice of One Fresh Lime
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

  • 1. Add all ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
  • 2. Transfer the salsa to a chilled Armetale dip bowl.
  • 3. Chill for about an hour before serving with corn chips.
