BBQ Bourbon Shrimp or Salmon

A sweet sauce that will give your fish just the right amount of extra taste.


  • 1 can Olive oil spray
  • 1 lb Salmon or raw peeled & de-veined shrimp
  • Pinch Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 cup Bourbon
  • 1/4 cup Grill Side Suburban Sweet BBQ Sauce


  • 1. Heat pan and spray with olive oil
  • 2. Season the shrimp/salmon with salt and pepper
  • 3. While fish is grilling, in a sauce pot, mix the remaining ingredients over low heat
  • 4. Use mixture as a glaze over the shrimp or salmon and serve
