Armetale Chili

Whether you are tailgaiting or just cooking dinner, this is a great meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 puonds Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Small onion, finely diced
  • 8 oz Diced green chilis
  • 2 cups Water
  • 15.5 oz Black beans
  • 15.5 oz Chili beans
  • 1 1/2 cup Grill Side Downtown Heat BBQ Sauce
  • 1 Scallion, sliced

Directions

  • 1. Heat Chili Pot for a few minutes
  • 2. Add olive oil, onion, and green pepper, Saute until tender
  • 3. Set aside in a bowl
  • 4. Brown the ground beef, drain, and add vegetables
  • 5. Add remaining ingredients (except scallions)
  • 6. Cover & cook on medium heat for 1 to 2 hours - stirring occasionally
  • 7. Garnish with scallions and enjoy
