Grill Side Meatballs

Not your normal, boring meatballs. Add some pizzazz to your spaghetti or serve plain.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 2 cloves Chopped or minced Garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cups Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups Grated Romano cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Italian Parsley
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Oil for frying

Directions

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  • 2. Set aside in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  • 3. Form whatever size ball you prefer
  • 4. Heat oil in the Deep dish pizza tray
  • 5. Place meatballs into the pan and cook
  • 6. Option 2: Coat bottom of the pan with oil and bake meatballs, turning once, for 20 minutes @ 425.
