Chicken Fajitas

I love fajitas. They are so easy to make but taste so good. You can substitute Shrimp for the Chicken.


  • 1 chicken breast, cut into 1” slices
  • 1/2 small sized onion, cut into 1” slices
  • 1/2 green or red pepper, cut into 1”slices
  • 2 Tsp your favorite fajita seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup water


  • 1. Place Grillware Sizzle Platter on grill over medium heat.
  • 2. Add chicken and brown on all sides. Add onions and peppers and grill until chicken is no longer pink inside.
  • 3. Add water and 2 Tbsp fajita seasoning mix. Grill until all water is evaporated.
  • 4. Serve with 8” corn tortillas.
